Privacy policy

Tafwej processes student and guardian data on behalf of the school (the data controller). We collect: student names and classes, guardian phone numbers / emails, pickup and drop locations set by guardians, the live location of school buses during trips only, and class-entry confirmation photos taken by teachers.

Face photos are used solely to confirm a student’s identity at class entry. Reference photos and face vectors are stored in the school’s cloud account and can be deleted on request. We never sell data and share it only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, messaging, storage).
